By car: Follow signs for Geneva, exit autoroute at Annemasse, continue to Thonon les Bains then follow signs for Vallee d'Abondance/Chatel.

By train: the resort is served by Thonon railway station. There is a bus service for transfer to the resort.

By plane: Geneva Cointrin international airport is 75 minutes away from Chatel. Transfer to Chatel by bus.
